Since november 2025 i have been suffering from sciatica and could hardly move always in pain,painkillers from doctor and hospital didnt touch the pain it was agony my family and a friend told me to get chiropractic i was not sure but the pain got worse so i decided to try it out so in july 2026 i attended the surgery at spiersbridge in thornliebank industrial park after i got my first session it was remarkable the transformation in my walking and movement and feeling brilliant after each session i feel great i am just sorry a didnt go earlier i am hoping to get back to work soon but not rushing into that untill i am sure i am realy grateful to mr kahere for putting up with me and getting me through this i am mostly painfree with no painkillers good value and money wee spent.

Dr Morris is one good chiropractor, been adjusted in the past before but when Dr Morris adjusted me it felt really different, his technique is gentle but very effective, he explained exactly what he was doing and why. If you need a good chiropractor, look no further.

I first went to Reliable Spine 10 weeks ago and I had really bad concussion symptoms, I received a full assessment and several tests and 10 weeks, 5 sessions later I genuinely feel fantastic.
Morris is not just a chiropractor, he is a spinal specialist, the man’s knowledge is unbelievable and I encourage you no matter what your issue or budget is, go and see him, you won’t be disappointed.
I am now back playing hockey and gold and in the gym, up until 10 weeks ago I had done anything for the past 18 months.

I went in after a pinching my piriformis nerve while running. I had so much pain shooting down my leg. Morris did an assessment of my body weight distribution and posture before cracking my back and hips. He also recommended workouts to incorporate to my routine for stronger back and knees. Morris from Reliable Spine has done a great job in successfully diagnosing the problem that no one else had been able to diagnose. I injured myself in January this year when golfing. I went for seven physiotherapy sessions and they focused on physiotherapy and massage on a torn quadratus lumborum muscle. However, three months later and I was still in a lot of pain and discomfort. In mid May I decided to try a new route and contacted Morris at Reliable Spine. He immediately diagnosed that I had torn my Intercostal muscles and that although the tear had healed there was scar tissue still fused to my ribs and causing me discomfort and tightness. He treated the problem by stretching me out on the chair and putting me into golf posture and then using the muscle scraper to remove the scar tissue. Painful but it worked. Morris challenged me to play golf saying movement is what I needed. Within two sessions I was back golfing again. He's been brilliant. He listened carefully to the symptoms and made a proper diagnosis. He has never been pushy with asking me to attend the additional sessions and I've always felt he’s focused on dealing with the problem. This has been a game changer for me and I'm now back golfing, training, and living a normal life again. Thank you Morris.

I have been a patient of Dr morris for about a year now and I can’t thank him enough for the change of life he has given me. I had a severe accident at my work nearly 2 years ago when I fell 16m off a roof leaving myself with severe neck, shoulder and constant back pain. I’d tried physio and other chiropractors but none can come close to the attention that morris gives you. He listen to my aches and pains, described in a way that you can understand and also mainly acted on the problem areas. I couldn’t sleep on my left side for nearly a year and morris within a few sessions I started to see massive improvement with being able to sleep on my troubled side. Now I don’t have any issues with my shoulders but still commit to going to give myself the better comfort of life on my day to day living. Cannot thank Dr Kahere enough for commitment to fixing my issues and relieving me of the pain and suffering when not many others could help with! Can tell he takes his job serious with the quality of his practice and his chiropractor chair. By far one of if not the best chiropractor on this side of Scotland.

I went to see Dr Morris as I had been suffering with back and neck pain from playing rugby. He took me through a very detailed consultation, performed some tests and showed me my XRays. All these things combined helped me to understand why I was in pain as my body was compensating due to my posture, this has accumulated over time from my rugby injuries. After my first adjustment I could feel the relief already, I now see Dr Morris regularly so that I can perform at my best on the field and in the gym, he has a wealth of knowledge and experience.
